Location: Birchanger
Solus Accident Repair Centres is seeking an IT Service Desk professional to support 2,500+ users across 40+ sites. You’ll handle calls and tickets, troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues, and work within HaloITSM and Evolve to resolve incidents.
You’ll assist with onboarding/offboarding, configure hardware, provisioning accounts, and create clear documentation for end-users. A collaborative team environment and growth opportunities await.
