Location: Birchanger
Solus Accident Repair Centres is seeking a skilled 2nd line IT support specialist to take ownership of escalated incidents and provide advanced troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networking. You will guide and develop 1st Line engineers, handle day-to-day tickets, and support onboarding/offboarding with hardware setup and account management.
You will participate in 24/7 on-call rota for P1 incidents, contribute to documentation, and work closely with a busy Service Desk to deliver
