• Advising on charity law, governance and regulation
• Establish new charities, including drafting governing documents and supporting policy documentation;
• Advise charity clients on high profile and interesting projects across the sector
• Provide advice on restructuring and corporate structures, including in corporations and mergers, joint ventures and charity trading

• 5+ years PQE within a charity law practice or equivalent in house experience
• Strong technical competence, experience and legal knowledge in charity law
• Solid experience oftransactional and advisory work for charities
• Passion for the sector and a keen interest in advising clients on high profile projects
