Residential Property Solicitor - Colchester with hybrid working

A Legal 500 recommended practice with ambitious plans for growth

• Manage a varied caseload of residential real estate matters
• Provide clear, practical advice to a range of clients on all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgaging, equity transfers and lease extensions
• Conduct title checks, prepare contracts and manage the exchange/completion processes

• 3+ years PQE
• Strong knowledge of property transactions and conveyancing processes
• A client-centered approach and excellent interpersonal skills
• A proactive attitude towards business development
• Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
