• Our client is looking to hire a Contentious Trusts senior solicitor to lead and shape a team
• Working closely with an established private wealth team to build and grow a dedicated contentious trusts practice
• Leverage existing work and client relationships from the highly regarded private client team
• Provide strategic leadership and expert advice to high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions
• Play a key role in expanding the firm's reputation in complex trust disputes and related contentious matters

• 8+ PQE
• Extensive experience in contentious trusts, disputes, and estate litigation
• Strong leadership and business development skills
• Ambitious to shape a new practice area within a supportive, dynamic firm
• Proven success in building strong relationships, winning work and a client following
