Radius Vehicle Solutions – Driver-Valeter

We are hiring a Driver-Valeter to join the Ipswich location on a full‑time basis. This dual role involves preparing, delivering, and collecting rental and lease vehicles to/from customers. You will clean our large fleet and provide a "handing over" service with mobile inspection, agreeing on condition, and demonstrating vehicle features where necessary.

• Our business model is 80% vans; you will drive commercial vehicles such as LWB panel vans, dropside tippers and luton boxes, therefore experience is appreciated.
• You will provide a professional and caring approach to customer service, being the frontline to our loyal customer base.
• You will adapt to changes in workload in line with customer and internal requirements.
• You will understand and adhere to new information as it comes in, handling new vehicle deliveries and collections throughout the day.

Full Driving Licence held for a minimum of 2 years, no more than six penalty points within the past 2 years.

Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (40hrs per week); optional overtime may be offered where business requires.

6 month probation period, with full training and performance management throughout, COSHH/HSE undertaken.

£27,500 per annum. 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays.
