kolt recruitment are looking for a paint sprayer to join a busy accident repair centre based in bishops stortford. this is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, high-volume bodyshop with a strong reputation for quality workmanship and a steady flow of work. you will be working in a modern, fully equipped workshop as part of an experienced and supportive team.
key responsibilities:

* preparing vehicles to a high standard prior to painting

* mixing and colour matching paints accurately

* applying primer, basecoat and clearcoat using water-based paints

* carrying out full resprays and panel repairs

* ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer and bsi standards

* maintaining a clean and safe working environment

requirements:

* previous experience as a paint sprayer within an accident repair centre or bodyshop

* confident using water-based paint systems

* ability to produce high-quality finishes in a fast-paced environment

* good understanding of health and safety procedures

* team player with a strong work ethic
