HRGO Recruitment is seeking a technically skilled operator to join the food manufacturing team. You will respond quickly to line stops, perform first-line mechanical repairs, and support changeovers and planned maintenance to keep output on plan.
You will work day shifts with a 4-on/4-off pattern, supporting HACCP and GMP compliance and training other operators to maximise uptime and product quality.
