Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust is seeking an Advanced Practitioner with a specialist rehabilitation interest to join the MDT on Oxford and Cambridge Ward at Herts & Essex Hospital, Bishop's Stortford. The post supports complex neurological needs, leads clinical decisions, prescribes and reviews medications, develops treatment plans, and provides expert supervision to the nursing team.
This part-time role (22.5 hours per week) includes weekend work and pro rata salary of £57,528–£64,750
