Senior Store Assistant (Keyholder) – Bishops Stortford

25 hours per week. Live locally and commute easily. Store open 7 AM – 8 PM, so early starts and late finishes required.

You’ll be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need while handling deliveries, unpacking stock, keeping the store clean and preparing orders. In a fast‑paced environment you’ll also work on a small team, ensuring the store runs smoothly from opening to closing.

• Handle deliveries and unpack stock.
• Keep the store clean and stock shelves.
• Support colleagues to deliver great customer experience.
• Open and close the store, assign daily tasks, provide short‑term supervisory cover when needed.
• Sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up.
• Ask the right questions to help customers with their projects.
• Be proactive, maintain high store standards and provide outstanding service.
