East of England Co-op’s Bishop’s Stortford store is seeking a Team Manager to lead a busy team and deliver excellent customer experiences. This permanent, full-time role (39 hours) places you at a thriving local store, opposite the train station, with scope to shape standards and drive performance.
You’ll mentor colleagues, coordinate with the Branch Manager, and step up to run the store when needed while maintaining safety and compliance. A proactive, hands-on leader will fit well.
