Flourish is seeking an entry-level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sawbridgeworth team. This role is ideal for ambitious individuals who enjoy speaking with people and want to start a career in sales, with full training and ongoing coaching from day one.
As an SDR you’ll generate new business opportunities, qualify leads, and help build a strong sales pipeline. You’ll work closely with the Business Development and Account Management teams to support growth.
