FM Conway is seeking skilled Class 2 Tanker Drivers to join our dedicated Water and Drainage Management team. In this vital role, you'll help protect communities and keep essential infrastructure running smoothly. It is a full‑time, permanent role based in Rayleigh, Essex, with a mix of days and nights.

• Operating a Class 2 liquid waste tanker as part of front‑line water and drainage operations, safely transporting and handling liquid waste in line with company procedures and legislation.
• Delivering essential flood management and drainage response services, working independently on site to protect communities and critical infrastructure.
• Accurately recording and reporting all work carried out, including identifying and flagging any additional issues that require follow‑up.
• Using ourapp‑based reporting system to update job progress, upload photos/videos, and ensure clear communication with the wider team.

We’re looking for reliable, committed individuals who hold a Class 2 licence and a valid Driver CPC. You should enjoy working independently and demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety. While previous experience in the drainage industry is preferred, it is not essential – full training can be provided for the right candidate.
