Seasonal Tax Preparer

Work Arrangement:
In-office

This position is a seasonal position from mid-January 2026 to mid-April 2026. This role may be up to 40 hours a week, with an expected schedule of 8am-5pm and occasional weekend work.

• Preparing a return for a multi-million dollar organization or individual.
• Working with the tax team to ensure the various components of the tax process are performed, including tax planning, client interaction and performing special tax projects.
• Gathering relevant tax-related information from the client so an accurate tax return can be prepared.
• Reviewing tax situations from various angles to ensure the maximum tax benefit is applied.
• Preparing accounting-related reports through a paperless office environment.

• Available to work in a seasonal capacity from mid-January 2026 to mid-April 2026.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and an active CPA license (or actively pursuing one).
• 3-5 years of experience in public accounting tax work.
• Ability to explain details of tax preparation experience with individual and business income tax returns.
• Interest in public accounting and staying up-to-date on changing tax regulations and policies.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
