What You’ll Be Doing

• Client Engagement:

• Tax Preparation & Review:
  Prepare and review simple to complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
• Strategic Planning:
  Identify tax-saving opportunities, prepare projections, and guide clients through critical financial decisions.
• Leadership:
  Mentor and oversee junior accounting staff, review their work, and help foster their growth within the organization.
• Operational Excellence:
  Collaborate on process improvements, maintain confidentiality, and uphold the highest level of integrity.
• Industry Expertise:
  Stay ahead of changing tax laws and policies, leveraging your expertise to provide the most up-to-date guidance to clients.

• A licensed CPA with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience (5+ years in tax preferred).
• Someone with a sharp analytical mind and outstanding attention to detail.
• A confident communicator who excels at building relationships and collaborating with teams.
• Tech-savvy and proficient with MS Office and accounting software (Quick Books experience is a plus).
