Summary of WorkWork involves activities associated with high-level administrative office support functions requiring analysis and judgement for the development, implementation, improvement, and coordination of administrative office operations of the DOCR treatment department.
Duties and Tasks- Resident Crisis Program Coordination including tracking Good Time, ensuring the schedule is up to date and all shifts are covered, and handling all resident and staff issues.
- Data entry into multiple systems/spreadsheets to include mental health care levels, screenings, and program information for residents.
- Completing release of information requests following agency guidelines.
- Scanning all treatment records into records management system.
- Being the face of the office, regulating office traffic, and enforcing facility rules.
- Coordinating telehealth appointments.
- Various other administrative duties.
Requires a High School diploma or equivalent. Additional work experience performing office support, clerical, or secretarial duties is desirable. Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills is necessary for performing the job duties. Preference may be given to those individuals who have experience with Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and possess prioritization and time management skills. Must be able to meet strict guidelines and manage time independently.
The successful candidate must be flexible and innovative in carrying out assigned responsibilities. Must successfully complete standard background and criminal record check.
