• Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently following factory and dealership standards.
• Communicate with the Service Advisors, Parts Department, and Service Manager to keep work flowing smoothly.
• Take pride in every repair and uphold Eide’s reputation for quality and care.
• Maintain a clean workspace and a professional attitude at all times.

• ASE Certifications Preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform with limited supervision.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of automotive systems or mechanical experience is a plus.
• Team mindset and a drive to grow.
• Apprenticeship opportunities available — no experience necessary. We’ll train you to become a professional technician with a clear path for advancement.
