Overview
Commercial general contractor has an immediate opening for a hands-on project superintendent with a minimum of 1 year experience.
Responsibilities- Run day-to-day operations on the construction site and control short-term schedule
- Manage and motivate work crew
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractors
- Communicate site rules and safety procedures
- Be able to schedule and multitask
- Attend progress meetings
- Maintain daily detailed paperwork
