Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of assigned projects to ensure completion on time and within budget.
- Work directly with partners and clients to determine project scope, specifications, and requirements; perform necessary calculations.
- Monitor project progress, resolve operational issues, and minimize delays.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and satisfactory service.
- Conduct project meetings and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Allocate resources and assign tasks to meet project goals.
- Assist with execution of projects in accordance with Ferguson’s project management methodology.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with major accounts/customers.
- Gather required data for quote preparation, including contacting vendors for pricing.
- Analyze specifications, drawings, and bills of material to develop accurate cost estimates.
- Prepare and send completed quotes to sales representatives or customers ahead of deadlines.
- Track actual costs relative to bids as projects progress; assess cost-effectiveness of products and services.
- Maintain bid calendars and update Salesforce with quotation details.
- Stay current on new products, market trends, and pricing strategies.
- Participate in resolving pricing‑related issues and corporate‑wide initiatives involving quotations processes.
- 2+ years of experience in construction project management or project coordination, preferred.
- Prior experience with construction‑related quotations or estimating, required.
