Description:
- This full-time/seasonal, on-site position is based in Bismarck, ND, for a Utilities Foreman.
- The Utilities Foreman is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, supervising construction crews, and ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications and timelines.
- Core duties include operating and managing heavy equipment, coordinating carpentry and maintenance activities, and maintaining clear communication between crew members and leadership.
- Strong supervisory abilities, including team leadership, task delegation, and promoting a safe work environment.
- Proficiency in operating and managing heavy construction equipment such as excavators and loaders.
- Experience in carpentry and maintenance to support on-site project activities.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with crews, leadership, and clients.
- Previous experience in utilities, civil construction, or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bismarck, ND, and meet the physical demands of the position.
