Opportunity: Elder Care Physician
Full-time permanent position
Setting includes geriatric assessment clinic, post-acute care settings such as Transitional Care (TCU) and long-term care, and home visits
Work Monday-Friday and participate in a shared after-hours call rotation
Board Certified/Eligible geriatrician or Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine with geriatric fellowship or geriatric experience
