The Emergency Medicine Physician will deliver high-quality care in a Level II Trauma Center, handling diverse cases and performing procedures such as intubations, chest tubes, central lines, and critical care.

Team Size:No mid-level providers; exclusively staffed by board-certified Emergency Medicine physicians.

Schedule:

• Full-time, 10-hour shifts (day/night/weekend rotations).

• 40 hours of physician coverage daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, compassionate care to patients in critical need, treating each one with respect and empathy.

• Assess and stabilize patients efficiently, ensuring a smooth transition to appropriate care settings.

• Collaborate with a supportive team of nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals every day.

• Communicate clearly with patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment plans, and next steps.

• Keep detailed, up-to-date medical records to ensure consistency and quality in patient care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and share best practices with colleagues.

• Contribute to creating a friendly, efficient, and safe environment in the emergency room.

• Board-certified in Emergency Medicine with a genuine passion for delivering care that truly makes a difference.

• Proven experience thriving in fast-paced, high-stress emergency environments while keeping a calm and friendly attitude.

• W2 Employee (Living in the Community):$250/hr + $10/hr quality bonus (annualized earnings of $540,800 for 2080 hours/year with bonus).

• 1099 Independent Contractor (Living in the Community):$275/hr + $10/hr quality bonus

• 1099 Independent Contractor (Travel):$285/hr

Bonuses:
