About the job Emergency Medicine Physician Trauma | $550K+ | $100K Bonus | ND
Join a premier Level II Trauma Center in Bismarck, ND, as a full-time Emergency Medicine Physician and deliver life‑saving care in a high‑acuity, collaborative environment. This opportunity is open exclusively to ABEM‑certified physicians with trauma experience. Enjoy predictable 10‑hour shifts, Epic EHR, and multiple pay models to match your lifestyle (W2 or 1099).
Compensation- W2: $250/hr + $10/hr quality bonus (≈ $540,800/year)
- 1099 Local: $275/hr + $10/hr quality bonus
- Travel: $285/hr + malpractice covered
- Sign‑on bonus: $100K for local hires
- Malpractice insurance (all models)
- Employer‑paid health, 401(k), and CME (W2 only)
- Relocation assistance for qualified candidates
- ABEM board certification
- ACLS, PALS, ATLS
- 2+ years in Emergency/Trauma care
- ND medical license eligibility
