• Shifts: 24-hour call

• Duties: Provide call coverage

• EMR: Epic

• Support Staff: RN

• Reason for Coverage: Shortage of hired providers

• Average Admissions per Day: 1

• Average ICU Patients per Day: 1

• Possible ongoing coverage

• Credentialing Type: Temporary

Requirements

• Board Certified (or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency) REQUIRED

• State License: IMLC accepted (LOQ in hand at submission) REQUIRED

• BLS & DEA REQUIRED

• Malpractice History:
  Clean preferred
