Salary Range: $34.00 - $48.00

Responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, teaching, and evaluating education and training programs for designated area and audience. Develop alternative methodologies for education based on learning principles. Collaborate with clinical partners, educational facilities, and community agencies to design, implement, and evaluate orientation, professional development, and preceptor programs for new and experienced nurses.

• Design, coordinate, and facilitate orientation and professional development programs for new, transferring, and existing clinical staff.
• Collaborate with managers, preceptors, and clinical partners to schedule orientation, skills immersion, and lab experiences.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and mentorship to designated audiences and ensure documentation processes are complete and filed.
• Continuously develop, monitor, and evaluate all orientation, education, and mentoring programs for quality improvement opportunities.
• Build alliances with department leaders, clinical partners, and consortium institutions to support educational initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required;
  Master’s preferred.
• Three years of clinical experience required.
• Current unencumbered Registered Nurse license in ND and/or multi‑state licensure privileges.
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (e.g., CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA) preferred.
• Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and facilitate educational programs using adult learning principles and leadership skills.
