Job Information

You have the knowledge, now gain the experience! Bobcat’s student program is designed to empower young professionals. As a Co-op or Intern you will develop professionally, apply your schooling to real-world projects, and gain hands-on experience while completing your undergraduate degree.

• Testing company products
• Developing, analyzing, and utilizing quality data to drive improvement activities
• Actively engage in measurement analysis utilizing statistical tools
• Assist in developing and implementing process verification and improvements
• Collaborate with various Bobcat departments to improve product quality
• Contribute to Quality Engineering programs, including root-cause analysis, data compilation and analysis, quality audits, Product Quality Teams, reporting and metric development, and New Product Development

• Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing pursuing a degree in engineering or equivalent
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred
• Available to commit full-time to Bobcat for the entire term (8 months co-op) or internship (4 months)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility
