The Sales Director is a key driver of Diamond Game's growth, responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that meet revenue and product deployment objectives across designated regions. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on field engagement, including frequent travel to multiple markets (VA, OH, , AK, ON, and others), with an initial focus on establishing North Dakota as the top priority during the first 3‑6 months of employment.
The Sales Director strengthens Diamond Game's market position through direct customer engagement, relationship‑building with distributors and operators, and active support of marketing and product initiatives. The role provides critical feedback to game development, evaluates promotional programs, and participates in industry events to expand visibility and drive adoption of DG's products. Success in this position requires a high‑performing sales leader who can cultivate strong partnerships, anticipate customer needs, guide internal teams, and translate market insights into actionable strategies.
By blending strategic oversight with active fieldwork, the Sales Director ensures the consistent delivery of revenue targets and long‑term market growth.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue, deployment, and market‑share targets – with an initial focus on the ND market.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations showcasing DG cabinets, games, and associated products.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (distributors, operators, site owners, charity managers, regulators, etc.) to secure opportunities and long‑term partnerships.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial terms to support market profitability.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor behavior, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and identify new growth opportunities.
- Create territory plans, visit schedules, and pipeline strategies that prioritize high‑impact customers and markets.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to market stakeholders, helping them optimize product performance and revenue outcomes.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive communication, timely issue resolution, and strong relationship management.
