Job Requirements Required Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED.
- State-Specific Phlebotomy Certification/License (as applicable to state of practice).
- Basic Life Support (BLS-CPR) Certification:
Required upon hire or transfer.
- Phlebotomy program certificate.
