Enable, Inc. in Bismarck, ND is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as a Full Time or Part Time Direct Support Professionals. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide essential support and services to individuals with disabilities, helping them lead fulfilling and independent lives.

• Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores
• Provide transportation to appointments, community outings, and recreational activities
• Implement individualized support plans to help individuals achieve their goals and maximize their independence
• Support individuals in developing social and life skills through meaningful activities and interactions
• Document and report on individual progress and any changes in behavior or health
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure the highest quality of care and support for individuals

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to drive a passenger van
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
