Full‑time, 12‑hour rotating shifts – 36 hours per week. Salary range: $24.00–$38.50 per hour. Sign‑on bonus: $15,000 for a three‑year work commitment. Uncertified techs start at $24/hour; certified techs at $26.50/hour, increasing with experience.

• Assist the surgeon during procedures, including preparing, organizing, and passing instruments and supplies.
• Anticipate the surgeon’s needs throughout a case, ensuring readiness and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterility of the operating room environment.

• Graduated from an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Registered on the North Dakota Board of Nursing Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) Registry at employment start.
• National certification preferred but not required; new graduates welcome with or without certification.
