We are looking for an Assistant General Manager toassist the General Manager inleading, supporting, and directing all hotel operations.

• Share responsibility, as directed by GM, for the financial success of the hotel and conference center by budgeting, monitoring and controlling cost centers such as Labor, Food, Beverage, and General and Administrative.
• Share responsibility for the property operational quality by way of the Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Engineering Departments, as directed by the GM.
• Ensure the highest level of guest and associate satisfaction and support, lead and direct the department heads and management team in this effort.
• Work closely with FOM and DOS to help direct the maximization of room revenueby anticipating market shifts, development and monitoring of annual business, revenue management, marketing plans, and participation in appropriate marketing efforts.
• Establish and support a proactive Human Resources department

• High School Diploma or GED
• College degree in hospitality management preferred
• 2-5 years of hotel functionality within various departments within the hotel
• Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising staff
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and.
  
  Project (Windows-based software) skills will be required
