Job Description
We are seeking a Team Lead / Manager for our Adoption Program Managers (APMs) supporting Fusion Analytics (FDI / FAIP). In this player‑coach role, you will manage a group of APMs and your own portfolio of high‑touch enterprise customers. Your primary objective will be to drive customer adoption, increase product and AI usage, and ensure customer success with Fusion Analytics.
APMs are responsible for increasing usage and product adoption for select Fusion Analytics (FDI / FAIP) customers. This is achieved by understanding desired analytics business use cases, evangelizing best practices, and influencing customers on their analytics strategy to support organization‑wide adoption of Fusion Analytics. APMs will work within a matrixed set of customer stakeholders, including IT & business leaders, partners, and Oracle teams such as Customer Success, Sales, Product Management, and solution architects (CEAL).
Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of APMs, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing environment.
- Manage your own customer portfolio, engaging directly with stakeholders to support adoption and satisfaction.
- Respond to and resolve customer escalations and complex engagements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Product Management, Solutions Engineering, Support, and Fusion Customer Success Managers—to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze FDI adoption trends across assigned customers, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
- Design and implement programs to promote adoption and address challenges. Some of the programs include: managing the release of monthly FDI newsletters, organizing the NA webinars, jointly working with APMs to launch new webinars, and launching Business Review program.
- Develop subject matter expertise in functional pillar(s)
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5 years of experience in customer success or a related field within the technology sector; analytics and data expertise strongly preferred.
- 2 years in a team lead role with experience in coaching and mentoring others
- Demonstrated understanding of customer success principles and best practices.
- Hands‑on experience with analytics tools such as Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Power BI, or Tableau.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven ability to work independently and achieve results.
- Effective collaborator with experience influencing cross‑functional and senior stakeholders.
Certain US customer or client‑facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.
Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations onlyUS:
Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
BenefitsFlexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non‑overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
