We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. The position is based in Madison, WI and requires relocation. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

You’ll support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, healthcare law and more. You'll assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.

Additionally, you'll work on forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad. Your level of responsibility will match your skill set and will increase rapidly as you expand your knowledge of our exciting and rapidly changing industry.

• Manage complex litigation matters and counsel on regulatory, competition, and healthcare law risks.
• Handle and aim to win multi‑million dollar disputes.
• Provide proactive risk‑mitigation advice and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
• Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators; ensure compliance with U.S. and global legal frameworks.

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• COVID‑19 vaccination compliance.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area required and fully reimbursed.
• Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
• Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
