Assistant District Manager - Bismarck, ND

The Bismarck Tribune is seeking a full-time Assistant District Manager to support our home delivery team’s goal of providing superior customer service to our customers. The Assistant District Manager works from 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM at a distribution center or in the field performing some or all of the following tasks:

• Assisting with the delivery of newspapers.
• Checking addresses for previous delivery issues.
• Organizing and distributing daily paperwork.
• Staging newspaper bundles to distributors.
• Operating a computer to print reports.
• Communicating and following up with managers.

The position requires good communication skills, the ability to prioritize and handle a variety of tasks, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, lift, and perform door‑to‑door deliveries. A valid driver's license, proof of insurance and an acceptable driving record are required. This position may work some holidays and weekends.
