We are seeking a skilled operator capable of handling fabrication machines, including Break, Plasma, Punch Press, Saw, Shear Operations, laser, and folding machines. The role involves setting up and operating thermal cutting machines, power presses, mechanical saws, and power shears to cut, bend, notch, punch, form, or straighten metal plates and sheets to specifications outlined in blueprints or sketches.

• Operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
• Operate a variety of CNC machines
• Lay out work stock based on blueprints or templates to determine dimensions, tolerances, and cutting/forming parameters
• Perform machine setup and load proper tooling
• Assemble, install, and align machine tooling according to specifications
• Position work pieces accurately against fixtures or stops
• Start machines and monitor operations for misalignment or malfunctions
• Set stops and perform regular calibration of machines
• Verify dimensions and complete inspection documentation
• Perform overtime work as required

Must follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly. Ability to work rapidly under time pressure is essential. Must be able to read build sheets and blueprints. Experience operating fabrication equipment is a plus.
