, a trusted nonprofit and staple in the Bismarck/Mandan region, is seeking a passionate, strategic and visionary Director of Resource Development to join our leadership team. Reporting to the Marketing & Donor Relationship Director
, this role is central to building strong community connections and driving the success of our annual fundraising campaign. As a trusted nonprofit and community staple, we take pride in creating lasting impact—and we’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to service and engagement.

Whether it’s organizing Hunger and Homelessness walks or workplace donor training, you’ll keep our mission visible and impactful year‑round.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, nonprofit management, or a related field, with 5 years of experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or public relations preferred.
