Registered Nurse (RN) – Autonomy, Flexibility, and Purpose

As a Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager for home health and hospice at Caring Edge Bismarck
, you’ll step into a unique role that prioritizes independence
, autonomy
, and one-on-one care
. You’ll work directly with patients in their homes, giving you the opportunity to build strong therapeutic relationships and provide personalized, impactful care beyond the traditional medical setting.

You’ll be empowered to apply critical thinking and clinical expertise in a variety of areas, including:

• Wound care
• Cardiopulmonary assessments
• Diabetic teaching
• Post-surgical recovery
• Disease management
• End-of-life care, including pain management, comfort measures, and patient/family education

You’ll collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care that aligns with each patient’s unique goals and values.

• Active RN license in good standing in the state of North Dakota
• CPR certification (we will provide if needed)
• Valid Driver’s License
• A passion for serving others in a home and community-based setting
