Department Details:
We are looking for a flexible and adaptable RN with 1 year of critical care experience. You would be serving as a resource to patients throughout the medical center by attending inpatient emergencies such as code blues, trauma codes, and rapid responses. The RN will round deteriorating patients, assist with nurse consults for medical device questions, and assist with difficult foley placements.
This RN will also be expected to round and assist with critical care patients holding on inpatient units, PACU, and ED.
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients.

Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including, but not limited to, American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
