Salary Range: $19.00 - $25.50
Pay Info: This position may qualify for a sign-on bonus of $2,500!

As a Nursing Assistant (NA) , you will play a vital role in providing resident-centered care in our long-term care facility. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering compassionate daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN)
• Providing age-appropriate care tailored to the physical and psychological needs of residents
• Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Recording vital signs and documenting resident interactions
• Supporting residents during meals and ensuring a positive dining experience
• Helping with mobility and exercise, using proper techniques and equipment
• Maintaining cleanliness in living areas and assisting with wellness programs

We’re looking for passionate individuals who meet the following criteria:

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Minimum age of 16
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care is a plus
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required within four months of hire
• Completion of yearly competency testing and continuing education (minimum of 12 hours annually)
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on responsibilities
