Location: Bismarck, ND
Shift: 8 Hours - Evening Shifts
Job Schedule: Full-time
Weekly Hours: 32.00
Salary Range: $19.00 - $25.50
Pay Info: This position may qualify for a sign-on bonus of $2,500!

As a Nursing Assistant (NA) , you will play a vital role in providing resident-centered care in our long-term care facility. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering compassionate daily living assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN)
- Providing age-appropriate care tailored to the physical and psychological needs of residents
- Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Recording vital signs and documenting resident interactions
- Supporting residents during meals and ensuring a positive dining experience
- Helping with mobility and exercise, using proper techniques and equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness in living areas and assisting with wellness programs
We’re looking for passionate individuals who meet the following criteria:
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
- Minimum age of 16
- Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care is a plus
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required within four months of hire
- Completion of yearly competency testing and continuing education (minimum of 12 hours annually)
- Valid driver’s license may be required depending on responsibilities
