Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Manager to lead our Home Care team, overseeing clinical operations and ensuring high-quality patient care. This is an in-person role with a 40-hour workweek.
Responsibilities- Lead and supervise nursing staff, coordinate care, and develop individualized care plans.
- Oversee patient assessments, medication administration, and infection control protocols.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support staff training and development.
- Leadership experience in home health or community settings.
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.
- Strong nursing background across specialties such as geriatrics and dementia care.
- License required: RN.
