• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor and assess residents' conditions and report any changes to the appropriate department
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times
• Document all care provided and communicate effectively with team members

• Valid RN or LPN license in the state of North Dakota
• Previous experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards residents and their families
