Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse – North Dakota

Start Date: October 7, 2026

Location: North Dakota

Schedule: 3x12-hour night shifts with some day shifts, rotating weekends and holidays

• 19-bed unit providing comprehensive Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Mother/Baby, and Gynecological care
• Nurse-to-patient ratios: 1:1 or 1:2 for L&D, 1:3 for mom/baby couplets, up to 1:5-6 for combined assignments
• EPIC charting system with OBIX documentation and centralized monitoring for L&D
• 36-hour orientation program designed for traveling clinicians
• Cross-training opportunities in Newborn Nursery and NICU
• 13-week assignment in an acute care setting

• Active RN license
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Labor & Delivery required
• Experience in Postpartum and Gynecology required
• BLS/CPR certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• STABLE certification preferred but not required
• Proficiency in fetal monitoring and care of high-risk obstetric patients
• Willingness to float to Newborn Nursery and NICU as needed
• Flexibility to work night shifts with some day shift coverage
• Candidates must reside outside an 80-mile radius from the facility
