Job Summary And Responsibilities

As our Clinic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll keep the day running smoothly and efficiently for your patients and clinical team. You will take the lead on proactive preparation of patient charts; ensuring all information is obtained and up-to-date for those seen in our facility. Every day, you will manage care for multiple patients, adapting to physician availability on-site, and actively collaborate with your clinical team to prioritize tasks and ensure seamless patient flow throughout the clinic.

• Care Planning:
  Utilizes the nursing process to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to improve patient outcomes

  Collaborates with patients and their families to ensure a holistic approach to care and goal achievement

We are offering a $20,000 employment incentive to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of a school of nursing
• Licensed by the North Dakota Board of Nursing

Preferred

• One year clinical or hospital experience
