Join the QDoba family! We are looking for energetic, hospitality-oriented individuals to prepare food and serve our guests, ensuring high-quality product and safety standards.

Base pay: $12.50/hr - $14.50/hr (pay based on skills and experience)

• Prepares food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
• Restocks front line with prepared product during peak volumes and/or in accordance with time & temperature.
• Adheres to food safety standards and reports any questionable food deliveries and/or practices.
• Maintains a positive attitude at all times.
• Seeks to exceed guest expectations.
• Works as a team player and maintains cooperative, respectful relationships with management and fellow team members.
• Acts as an ambassador for QDOBA.
• Monitors product quality and takes appropriate actions to maintain it.
• Ensures personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism.
• Recognizes and adheres to sanitation, safety, security policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for all.
• Performs other tasks as directed by management.
• Enthusiastically greets all guests when they enter the restaurant.
• Serves guests following recipe and preparation guidelines.
• Cleans, organizes, and restocks all stations.
