Schedule:

4-Day Work Week (Must be able to work Saturdays). Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour (Hourly + Monthly Bonus)

Cedric Theel Toyota is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our Parts team. This role is responsible for assisting technicians and customers with purchasing parts and supplies. The primary responsibility is working at the parts counter, supporting the service department, and selling parts directly to customers.

• Create parts quotes for service advisors and customers
• Greet and assist all customers promptly, courteously, and professionally
• Answer questions and help identify and obtain needed parts
• Make every effort to locate and retrieve parts efficiently
• Ensure parts are properly charged to repair orders and invoices
• Maintain inventory by performing checks, restocking shelves and bins, reporting discrepancies, and returning unsold items to stock
• Handle parts orders and requests via phone, email, and over-the-counter interactions
• Continue product and service knowledge through on-the-job training and educational programs
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Automotive background preferred
• Prior dealership or parts counter experience preferred
• Car enthusiast or mechanically inclined
  
  Ability to work assigned scheduled hours, including Saturdays
• Excellent customer service skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel)
