Sales Consultant – Bismarck

Women of the Vine & Spirits is looking to hire a Sales Consultant to serve our retail and on‑premise customers in the Bismarck area.

• Manage an established sales territory, including selling, servicing, merchandising and accounting.
• Ensure up‑to‑date accounts receivable and proper management of customer relationships.
• Plan and execute sales initiatives, and handle all customer related issues promptly and friendly.
• Make effective sales presentations, achieve assigned company objectives, and grow business by identifying and nurturing new accounts.
• Use POS systems to enhance selling efforts, focus on merchandising basics (display size and location, shelf position, cold boxes, counters, windows and any consumer touchpoints).
• Perform reliable inventory checks, properly rotate products and communicate to minimize order mistakes.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, and handle all paperwork issues in a proper and timely manner.

• BA/BS college degree or related industry experience.
• Prior route sales experience (highly preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Goal‑ and results‑driven.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Local candidates preferred; no relocation package.
