• Supply customers with products, frozen ice cream and pizza, as ordered on their regularly scheduled delivery day.
• Monitor customer feedback and handle issues promptly to maintain loyal partnerships.
• Use effective communication at all levels of the customer transaction and always be available when issues arise.
• Meet sales goals set with a supervisor each month to guarantee territory growth and sales targets are met.
• Deliver company products to customers, including loading, unloading, and merchandising.
• Perform physical challenges throughout the day while maintaining a positive attitude with customers and team members.
• Learn company policies and procedures and work within them, whether in the office, warehouse, or on deliveries.
• Build strong relationships with customers in a fast‑paced, constantly moving environment.
• Must be compliant with DOT regulations.

Required:

• Able to spend 1–2 nights on the road.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• One year experience in the customer service industry.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Clean MRV.

Preferred:

• Sales experience.
