Job Purpose
:

To achieve your quota every month by selling wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and service features; to provide outstanding customer service to new and existing customers; to deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to create long‑term customer relationships; to complete operational duties accurately and within required time‑frames; and to give your customers and the community something to smile about.

• Selling wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and service features.
• Providing outstanding customer service to new and existing customers.
• Serving customers by troubleshooting, finding solutions, and helping them select Cricket products and services that best fit their needs.
• Delivering exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to build long‑term customer relationships.
• Completing operational duties accurately and within required time‑frames.
• Giving customers and the community something to smile about.
