ABC Boat Docks, LLC is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to help grow our business and deliver exceptional service to our customers. This role is responsible for generating sales, building customer relationships, preparing estimates and proposals, and supporting customers throughout the sales process.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and enjoys working with homeowners, contractors, marinas, and commercial customers.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Respond to inquiries and generate new sales opportunities.
- Prepare quotes, estimates, and proposals.
- Follow up on leads and customer requests.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and track opportunities.
- Assist customers with product selection and solutions.
- Coordinate with operations, inventory, and installation teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Represent the company at sport shows, community events, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- 2+ years of sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and customer accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Quick Books.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Marine, dock, lift, construction, outdoor recreation, or project-based sales.
- Estimating and quoting experience.
- Knowledge of waterfront products, construction materials, or related industries.
