Environmental Regulatory Scientist II — Hybrid; ND

AXIA Environmental is seeking an Environmental Scientist II – Regulatory Compliance to support environmental compliance and consulting projects across North Dakota. The hybrid role is based in Bismarck, with regular travel to client sites and NDDEQ coordination.

You will manage projects from scope through completion, prepare permits and regulatory documents, and develop SPCC, SWPPP, NPDES and other compliance deliverables while building strong client relationships and mentoring junior staff.
